B-Lax, Inc. values your trust and respects the privacy of your personal information. As part of our commitment to you, we want you to be informed about our policies to protect and safeguard your information.


We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your information. We do not sell your customer information to outside marketers to allow them to independently solicit you for a product unless we first ask your permission to send your information. If we share information within or outside B-Lax, Inc., we follow strict security standards, maintain confidentiality policies, and comply with applicable laws regarding the use of customer information. Our aim is always to deliver improved service and quality products to meet your needs.



Collection of Information:

We collect, retain, and use information about you when we reasonably believe that it will help conduct our business or provide products, services, and other opportunities to you. For example, we use your information to protect and administer records and accounts; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design and improve our products and services; and to understand your needs so we can provide you with quality products and superior service.



Security of Your Information:

Our commitment to the privacy of your information includes maintaining the security of your information. We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to customer information. We periodically test and update our safeguards to help ensure the protection and integrity of our customer information.


We train and regularly educate our employees about the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and the proper handling of customer information. All of our employees are governed by a code of conduct that authorizes access to customer information for business purposes only and includes strict standards for keeping your information confidential.


Product 90 Day Limited Warranty – B-Lax, Inc.


B-Lax, Inc. warrants the original consumer purchase of any B-Lax product it manufactures; that from the date of purchase, the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days (unless specified in alternative warranties). If defective and purchase from B-Lax, return the product along with the proof of purchase date to: B-Lax, Inc., CR 150, Salida, CO 81201. This Warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or lost merchandise. Only valid in the USA and Canada. Product Warnings:

Always make sure you have enough space to use Blast to ensure you don’t hit any objects, or people, as the ball can cause injury. A distance of 50 feet clearance in all directions is recommended. The cord will stretch.


Always make sure the cord is tangle free before using the product. Tangles can get caught on the stick, or the stick head, causing the ball to return more quickly than expected.


Always inspect the Blast cord for secure knots, wear, and tear prior to (and during) use because the cord can wear down over time. If you notice any signs or loose knots, make sure they are tightened before continuing to use Blast. If you notice any signs of wear, replace the cord immediately before continuing to use Blast.


Always wear the lacrosse protective gear that you would use in games to ensure proper protection while using Blast.
