Q:  The "B" or attachment device is not staying on and keeps coming off the stick head.

A:   There could be two reasons (1)  make sure the attachment device is on correctly. Check out this video to make sure it's on correctly and (2) make sure you don't rake back the ball to the stick head when picking it up. The will cause the "B" to disengage the stick head.. Instead, scoop through the ball to pick it up.

Q:   The cord keeps getting tangled in the shooting strings.
A:   Try throwing directly overhand. The product was created to re-enforce a proper overhand throw., directly over the top using the shaft as a lever. It also may because your shooting strings are too long and you may need to trim them.

Q:   Can I buy the product direct from B-Lax?
